Below you will find limited info on ALCA attendance, arrivals, lunches, etc.

School Arrival & Dismissal
Parents are responsible for drop-off and pick-up of their children. Please notify the ALCA office of any authorized family members or adults that will be picking up your children.
Arrival - No earlier than 8:15am
Pick-up - 3pm
NOTE: There will be a late fee charged after 3:10pm.
When a student has an appointment or other engagement that interferes with ALCA schedule, parents must notify the office or the student's teacher at least 24 hours in advance. All work must be completed AHEAD of time, when it is a planned vacation, trip, or otherwise scheduled event.
If a student is sick and cannot attend on any specific day, please call the school office by 9am, and send a note with the student or a sibling that day or the following.
ALCA does not provide snacks or lunches. We have a fruit break in the late morning, and lunch break at noon. All break and lunch items, including paper products and drinks must be supplied by the parents.
